The professional qualification is assigned on the basis of: determination of the minimum required level of achievements in academic disciplines responsible for professional competences; gaining practical experience in the process of professional practice; the assignment of qualification is carried out by a separate decision of the qualification commission on the results of the final attestation, the level of which cannot be lower than the minimum required level of achievement - 70 points.
Programme learning outcomes
LO 1. To search, analyze and synthesize information from various sources for solving professional tasks and to establish causal relationships between social events and phenomena.
LO 2. To communicate fluently orally and in writing state and foreign languages on professional issues.
LO 3. To identify, formulate and solve problems in the field of social work, to integrate theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
LO 4. To formulate their own reasonable judgments based on the analysis of a social problem.
LO 5. To argue ways to overcome problems and difficult life circumstances theoretically, to choose effective methods to solve them, to predict the consequences.

Examination regulations and grading scale
Modular control is provided in the form of tests, presentations, speeches in front of the audience, the completion of practical tasks, investigations in the field of psychology. A written exams, credits, differentiated offset, diploma thesis.
The final evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out on 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points.

Оbligatory or optional mobility windows (if applicable)
International academic mobility is implemented within the framework of the Erasmus + Global project under the Social Services program: an agreement has been signed with NOVIA University of Applied Sciences (Finland, Turku campus). Candidates are selected on a competitive basis with a certificate of English language proficiency (not less than B2). It provides for scholarships for 4 candidates, payment of a travel grant and a grant for a visa and insurance policy.
Work placement
On-the-job practical training (6 semester) and Internship (8 semester) can take place in institutes of NAS and APN of Ukraine, other scientific institutions, enterprises of various forms of ownership, centers (state and non-state) of social and psychological rehabilitation, line ministries of Ukraine and subordinate organizations, charitable foundations, public and international organizations, etc. At the end of the internship, students report on the implementation of the tasks. All tasks performed by the student-intern are subject to differentiated assessment by the head of practice from the department. The assessment should take into account the level of practice and the content of the submitted reporting documents. The report on practice is defended by students at the meeting of the department.
