Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to develop students' ability to organize and conduct group discussions, interact with group members to achieve a common goal. The course program provides the creation of conditions for students to gain experience in interpersonal interaction in a group, organize a group discussion process to identify common tasks and goals, help in solving current problems of the group, resolving contradictions and contradictions. Much attention is paid to expanding the behavioral repertoire of students through practical interaction, role-playing, and analysis of specific situations.

Assessment methods and criteria
Creative and reproductive tasks for individual work - up to 15 points for each Work in pairs - up to 20 points Based on the results of work during the semester, the student receives a final grade according to a 100-point system, which is calculated as the accumulated grades for the modules during the semester. At the same time, the number of points: - 1-34 "unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study of the discipline; - 35-59 "unsatisfactory" with the possibility of retaking the course; - 60-64 "satisfactory" ("sufficient"); - 65-74 "satisfactory"; - 75 - 84 "good"; - 85-90 "good" ("very good"); - 91-100 "excellent" To obtain an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for two modules cannot be less than 24 points. A student is not allowed to take the final exam if he or she scored less than 36 points during the semester.
