LO 3. To identify, formulate and solve problems in the field of social work, to integrate theoretical knowledge and practical experience. LO 11. To use prevent methods for deviations in mental development, behavioral disorders, interpersonal relationships breakdown, for conflict resolution, for prevention of social risks and difficult life circumstances.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. To know: the main provisions of sexology as a science of sexual life of a person in its various forms. 2. To be able to: use the acquired knowledge of the human sexual sphere, combining with knowledge of social rehabilitation, social work, psychology and features of rehabilitation approaches for practical work beyond the level of a student with a bachelor's degree. 3. To possess: Possess skills of working with people at the level of a social worker.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form professional knowledge in the field of human sexual behavior, sexual orientation and methods of social assistance, to acquaint students with the main areas of sexology; to give an idea of the content of the professional activity of a social worker when working with people with problems in sexual life; to show the mechanisms of sexual relations and their features in different age periods; to reveal the factors that facilitate or hinder the process of sexual life. Based on scientific information, along with general information on anatomical and physiological aspects, the educational material addresses socio-cultural, historical, ethnographic and psychological regularities of sexual behavior, peculiarities of male and female sexuality, its age and individual-typological variations. The program covers both the problems of normal sexuality and pathology, especially in the formation of sexual identification and sexual orientation.

Assessment methods and criteria
Study of theoretical material: 20 points; Practical activity: 30 points (max. - 4 points each); Methodological developments: 30 points (max. - 4 points each); Module and final control work: 20 points. Exam: 60 points (min. - 36 points). Final assessment: exam. The exam requires the study of theoretical material, methodological development of training sessions and counseling programs, direct participation in practical activities, completion of module and final tests, and obtaining a total of at least 60 points. Students who have scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum of 36 points are not allowed to take the test. Excellent 90-100 Good 75-89 Satisfactory 60-74 Fail 0-59
