LO 6. To develop long-term and current plans, programs of activities, to make effective decisions in difficult situations promptly. LO 19. To identify strengths and to involve the client’s personal resources, resources of social groups and communities to solve their problems and get out of difficult life circumstances. LO 22. To demonstrate the ability to solve problems creatively and to make innovative decisions, to think and apply creativity to form fundamentally new ideas.

Distance form

1. Students shall know the basic concepts and categorical apparatus of the disciplines "Psychology of personality", "Theory of social work", "General psychology", "Social psychology"; methods of studying personality and its development, studying activity; technologies and means of self-regulation. 2. They shall be able to to distinguish the basic components of activity, organize the process of setting and planning the implementation of goals, analyze the instrumental component; apply methods and techniques of formulating activity goals, planning and organizing activities; apply the acquired knowledge in the practical field. 3. They shall have the skills to introspection, self-regulation and reflection; evaluation of activity results.

The course purpose for students is assimilation of social and psychological knowledge on life goal setting, the ability to build and implement life plans, to be aware of and manage life resources in accordance with the conditions of the situation, their own needs for life support and life organization, interests taking into account the values and meanings of life realization, life creativity. The discipline is designed to understand the subject, the tasks of the whole of life, the peculiarities of its organization, implementation and evaluation, as well as the problems that may arise. Master classes, lectures, practical classes, individual work

Assessment methods: Evaluation is carried out during the semester for all types of work. The maximum number of points for work during a semester is 100. The credit is granted based on the results of the student's work during the semester. Students who scored totally less than 60 points during the semester, but more than the critical minimum of 40 points shall pass the test. The test is estimated at a maximum of 20 points. Students who scored during the semester lower points than the critical-calculated minimum - 40 points are not allowed to take the test. The recommended minimum for admission to the test is 40 points. Rating scale: 0-59 - not credited; 60-100 - credited.
