To know: The content of the concepts of "career growth," "professional and personal development," "professional personality"; own life and professional goals; to understand one's professional self; ways to overcome personal difficulties in professional activities; Be able to realize themselves in the profession; use means of self-government in professional activity and vital activity; increase the level of unity as a condition of positive personal development; develop psychological readiness to perform professional duties.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to create conditions for awareness of their professional opportunities and life goals, professional growth, as well as professional identity through reflection and verbalization by participants of life, professional values and principles; formation of a positive "I-concept"; solving professional and creative tasks; harmonization of emotional state. The training form of work promotes a better understanding of the participants of their inner world, awareness of the possibilities of changing themselves for the better, helps to understand their feelings, reconsider stereotypes, teaches effective patterns of behavior and more

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Trainings, practical tasks, role-playing games, individual work, performance of educational tasks and drawing up of intermediate forms of control.
Assessment methods and criteria
Execution of educational practical tasks and preparation of intermediate forms of control. The minimum number of points for admission to the test is 36 points / maximum - 60. The number of points scored for the semester is announced in advance. Final score 0-59 – failed. 60-100 – passed. The grade is formed as the sum of all points earned during the semester.
