Course content
The topics of the course involve consideration of basic social skills of interpersonal interaction of a social worker in the process of implementing professional tasks, means of developing self-confidence, and the development of the ability to use acquired skills in a real social and professional environment.

Assessment methods and criteria
Based on the results of work during the semester, the student receives a final grade according to the 100-point system, which is calculated as the accumulated grades for the module in the semester and grades for the exam according to the following formula: FE = CМ + CFM. At the same time, the number of points: • 1-34 corresponds to the grade "unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study of the discipline; • 35-59 corresponds to the rating "unsatisfactory" with the possibility of re-taking; • 60-64 corresponds to the rating "satisfactory" ("enough"); • 65-74 corresponds to the rating "satisfactory"; • 75 - 84 corresponds to the rating "good"; • 85 - 90 corresponds to the rating "good" ("very good"); • 91 - 100 corresponds to the rating "excellent - To receive an overall positive grade in the discipline, the grade for the exam cannot be less than 25 points. - A student cannot take the final examination if he scored less than 35 points during the semester.
