Learning outcomes
LO 1.To search, analyze and synthesize information from various sources for solving professional tasks and to establish causal relationships between social events and phenomena. LO 2.To communicate fluently orally and in writing state and foreign languages on professional issues. LO4. To formulate their own reasonable judgments based on the analysis of a social problem. LO 7.To use specialized software in solving professional problems. LO12. To determine the content of cooperation with partner organizations in social work for performing tasks of professional activity. LO17. To establish and maintain relationships with clients on the basis of mutual trust and in accordance with ethical principles and standards of social work, to provide them with psychological support and encourage clients. LO20. To identify ethical dilemmas and contradictions in professional activities and to use supervision to resolve them.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
to know: - essence and content, causes of addictive behavior; - content and forms of socio-pedagogical work with families with addictions; - features of the application of counseling technologies with families with addictions. be able: - to determine the causes and manifestations of addiction in modern society; - to choose the most optimal technologies for counseling with families that have manifestations of addictions; - carry out preventive measures with families to reduce the risk of addictive behaviors.
Course content
According to the current social and crisis conditions in Ukrainian society, it is important to talk about specific processes that can occur in social work and lead to its negative manifestations. Thus, the problems of addictions are now hotly discussed by scientists and practitioners because it is a problem of social importance that should be paid attention to in the context of working with different families. Accordingly, the question arises of studying individual counseling technologies for families with behavioral addiction problems. After all, preventing such manifestations can prevent crisis situations in the family and difficult life situations in the family. That is why studying this discipline is important in the educational process of bachelors those who will become practitioners in this field.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: creative and reproductive tasks in individual work; seminar and practical tasks; modular test work; final assessment in the form of a test. Form of final control – credit. The final grade for the discipline consists of 100 points: 60 points for the module and grades for the exam (40 points). A student cannot take the final test if he scored less than 36 points during the semester. The grade for the exam cannot be less than 24 points. Organization of assessment: the order of organization of the forms of assessment provided by the working curriculum is carried out during the semester during students' creative and reproductive tasks on independent work, preparation of seminar and practical tasks, a compilation of modular tests at the end of the discipline and final exam tasks. Rating scale: 90 - 100 «excellent» 75 - 89 «good» 60-74 «satisfactory» 0-59 «unsatisfactory/failed»
