14. Programmatic learning outcomes PLO 1. Communicate fluently on professional issues with specialists and non-specialists in the state and foreign languages orally and in writing, use them to organize effective intercultural communication. Work effectively with information: select the necessary information from various sources, including professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, organize, classify and systematize it. PLO 3. Organize the process of learning and self-education. PLO 4. Understand the fundamental principles of human existence, nature, society. PLO 5. Cooperate with colleagues, representatives of other cultures and religions, supporters of different political views, etc. PLO 6. To use information and communication technologies to solve complex specialized problems and problems of professional activity. PLO 7. Understand the main problems of philology and approaches to their solution using appropriate methods and innovative approaches. PLO 8. To know and understand the language system, the general properties of literature as an art of words, the history of languages and literature studied, and be able to apply this knowledge in professional activities. PLO 9. Characterize dialectal and social varieties of the Ukrainian language, describe the sociolinguistic situation. PLO 10. To know the norms of the literary language and be able to apply them in practice. PLO 11. To know the principles, technologies and methods of creating oral and written texts of various genres and styles in the state and foreign (foreign) languages. PLO 12. Analyze linguistic units, determine their interaction and characterize linguistic phenomena and processes that determine them. PLO 13. Analyze and interpret works of Ukrainian and foreign fiction and oral folklore, determine their specificity and place in the literary process. Educational practice: folklore practice enables students to independently engage with the best achievements of folk national culture. the process of collecting material develops skills in observing, recording, certifying and systematizing samples of traditional verbal culture. students complete the practice on an individual schedule. The folklore practice (internship) aims to develop students' knowledge of modern cultural institutions specializing in traditional culture, their methodologies; skills and abilities of scientific, methodological and organizational work in the field of traditional culture for research, reconstruction, organizational, creative and other types of competencies of a folklorist. Students undergo an internship at the Ivan Honchar Museum and the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Life of Ukraine.

Graduates can carry out professional activities in the field of philology (folklore studies) in the following areas of professional competence in the scientific, literary, publishing, and educational fields; in secondary schools; in print and electronic media, PR agencies; in various foundations, unions, humanitarian foundations, museums, art and cultural centers, etc.; in various sectors of the economy that require services for the creation, analysis, translation, and evaluation of texts.

Graduates have the right to continue their studies at the second level of higher education in the specialty "Philology", as well as in related specialties within the field of knowledge "Humanities"
