Programme learning outcomes
PLO1. To know, understand and be able to use in practice the main provisions of tourism legislation, national and international standards for tourist services. PLO2. To know, understand and be able to use in practice basic concepts of tourism theory, principles of tourism organization and tourist market activities, as well as concepts from the adjacent academic fields. PLO3. Know and understand the main forms and types of tourism, their division. PLO4. To explain the details of recreational and tourist space organization. PLO5. To analyze recreational and tourist potential of a territory. PLO6. Apply principles and methods of organization and technology of tourist service in practical activities. PLO7. Develop, promote and implement a tourist product. PLO8. Identify tourist documentation and be able to use it correctly. PLO9. To organize the process of serving consumers of tourist services based on the use of modern information, communication and service technologies and compliance with quality standards and safety norms. PLO10. Understand the principles, processes and technologies of the organization of the work of the tourist business entity and its separate subsystems (administrative-management, social-psychological, economic, technical-technological). PLO11. Fluently speak Ukrainian and foreign language(s), at a level sufficient for professional activity. PLO12. Apply skills of productive communication with consumers of tourist services. PLO13. To establish contacts with experts in tourism and other industries. PLO14. To show respect for individual and cultural diversity. PLO15.
