Learning outcomes
1.1 The ability to conduct art studies. 1.2 History of art and architecture, art history lecture, practical training, independent work 1.3 Methods of art analysis and examination, identification, classification of art objects and cultural monuments 1.4 Artistic phenomena and processes, to possess scientific and analytical apparatus and current research methodologies. 1.7 The latest concepts in the field of fine arts, decorative arts and restoration of works of art, to combine innovations with established national and world traditions. 2.4 Understand the principles of joint research in the field of art history and the ability to apply them in practice. 3. communication: the ability to conduct artistic educational work on the promotion of art in museums, art galleries, libraries, foundations, archives, information centers, agencies, and other public and state organizations.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Successful completion of the courses "Fundamentals of Tourism Studies", "Geography of Recreation and Tourism", "Tourist Local Studies", "Tourist Local Studies". 2. Knowledge of theoretical foundations: to know the history and theory of fine and decorative applied art and architecture, the ability to develop creative artistic solutions, to develop effective skills of a comprehensive approach when solving tasks in tourism. To be able to master the methods of analysis and criticism, which are carried out in fine, decorative and applied arts and design, as well as directions of modern scientific activity in the field of art history; studying the scientific foundations of art history in the context of changes in modern culture, the emergence of new materials, technologies for creating works of art. 3. Possess elementary skills of mastering fundamental knowledge and research skills in the field of art.

History of art, architecture and mythology of primitive society and the Ancient East. History of art, architecture and mythology. Ancient Hellas and Rome. History of art and architecture of Byzantium and the Western European Middle Ages. History of Western European art and architecture of the Renaissance and the 17th century. History of foreign art and architecture of the 18th-20th centuries. 3. Analysis of art monuments 4. Basics of examination of painting monuments Part 2. Basics and structure of art history 5. Basics of archeology and educational archaeological practice 6. Basics of museum business 7. Classical art and modern context 8. Assessment methods and criteria
Forms of student assessment: the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of speeches, presentations, practical and creative works, tasks for independent work, writing written control papers (tests), participation in discussions. Final evaluation: credit is issued to the student based on the results of the work during the semester and the credit evaluation. The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student on the exam is 40 points (on a 100-point scale). A student is not allowed to take credit if he scored less than 20 points during the semester. If the student scored less than 24 points on the test (which is 60% of the 40 points assigned to the test), then they are not added to the semester grade, regardless of the number of points received during the semester, and in the examination information in the column "resulting grade" is transferred only the number of points received during the semester.
