Programme learning outcomes
Know your rights and responsibilities as a member of society, understand the values ​​of civil society, the rule of law, human and civil rights, and freedoms in Ukraine. Preserve moral, cultural, scientific values ​​and increase the achievements of society, use different types and forms of physical activity to lead a healthy lifestyle. Demonstrate knowledge of theories, methods, and functions of management, modern concepts of leadership. Identify the causes of stress, adapt yourself and team members to a stressful situation, find ways to neutralize it. Demonstrate the ability to act socially responsibly and socially consciously based on ethical considerations (motives), respect for diversity, and interculturalism. Demonstrate skills of independent work, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, be critical and self-critical. Perform research individually and/or in a group under the guidance of a leader. Demonstrate knowledge of concepts, functions, types, tools of marketing and show skills of preparation and substantiation of marketing support of business development in conditions of uncertainty. Demonstrate skills in finding the formation, use, and development of personnel of the organization and its units. Apply strategic management tools for the strategic development of a set of enterprise development strategies and their functional areas. To form a strategy and tactics for managing real and financial investments in a dynamic market environment, to develop effective investment solutions, and solve complex management problems in the field of investment activities. To substantiate the programs of expanded reproduction and development of national organizations of different types of economic activity on an innovative basis.
