Course content
The essence of the discipline is to provide students with modern information technology skills according to international vision and national standards, in terms of the most used digital competencies for economic tasks. The discipline consists of five logical modules: • Computer Essentials; • Online Essentials; • Word processing; • Spreadsheets; • Presentation.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Traditional using the methods of blended learning: traditional lectures; video lectures and presentations available to each student in the digital learning environment (after authentication), laboratory work - available to every student in the digital learning environment 24/7 (each subsequent block of laboratory work becomes available for completion only after completion and verification / protection of the previous); independent work; consultations.
Assessment methods and criteria
The assessment of each content module consists of the sum of the points for the completed laboratory works on the module. Access to each next topic of the module and related laboratory works occurs only after successful passing the test on the topic. Testing on any topic is performed by the student independently in a digital learning environment. After each content module there is a final test conducted exclusively on the laboratory works under the supervision of the teacher. After the content module 3, in addition to the final test, a control work - the final practical task for the module is performed. In total, according to the results of the control work, laboratory works and final testing on CM3 and laboratory works and final testing on CM1, CM2, CM4, CM5 a student can get from 60 to 100 points.
