On the basis of professional mastery of competencies provided by the block of disciplines of professional orientation: the level of mastering the disciplines of the block of professional orientation with grades not less than 75 points, grade for industrial practice in the specialty not less than 75 points; as well as the defense of qualifying work with a score of at least 75 points
Programme learning outcomes
LO01. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the study of natural-territorial systems at different levels of spatial organization. LO02. Evaluate the results of one's own work, demonstrate the ability to work in a team. LO03. Communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in a foreign language. LO04. Conduct research and/or conduct innovative activities in order to obtain new knowledge, develop new methods and procedures in geography and interdisciplinary contexts. LO05. Be able to identify, pose and solve scientific and applied problems, carry out a critical assessment of the decisions made. LO06. Apply modern models and information technologies for conducting research and development in the field of geography, in particular geomorphology, paleogeography and geotourism. LO07. Apply geo-information technologies, create and research models of natural-geographic manifestations of the development of geosystems, determine the possibilities and limits of their application. LO11. Assess possible risks, socio-economic and geoecological consequences of the implementation of management decisions in the field of nature management, recreation and tourism. LO12.To plan and carry out theoretical and applied research, draw reasonable conclusions, analyze and present research results. LO13. To carry out scientific and pedagogical activities in institutions of higher education, to develop the educational, methodological and information support necessary for this. LO14. Formulate scientific hypotheses, determine relevant aspects in fundamental and applied areas of research, develop and manage projects in the field of geography, in particular geomorphology and paleogeography. LO15. Independently assess the key trends in the development of natural and geographical processes for the formation of new areas of scientific research.

Examination regulations and grading scale
The final evaluation of learning outcomes at the University is carried out on a single 100-point scale. The assessment of the learner corresponds to the ratio of the level of professional and general competencies established in the assessment to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of evaluation is 60 points. According to the results of exams, according to the results of course and diploma works (projects); according to the results of work in practice, the student is given points on the following scale: "Excellent" 90 - 100%; "Good" 75 - 89%; "Satisfactory" 60 - 74%; "Unsatisfactory" 0 - 59%. If the final exam is not conducted in the disciplines, the results of the applicant's work are evaluated on a scale: "Enrolled" 60 - 100% or "Not credited" 0 - 59%.
Оbligatory or optional mobility windows (if applicable)
On the basis of agreements on international academic mobility concluded by Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with foreign and domestic partners under the terms of the competition.
Work placement
Industrial practice with a break from theoretical training (6 weeks). Assistant practice without separation from theoretical training (8 weeks)
Work-based learning
Student-centered problem-oriented learning, conducted in the form of lectures, seminars, practical classes, independent work on the basis of textbooks, textbooks and abstracts, consultations with teachers, teaching and industrial practices, master's thesis in the last year of study.
