Learning outcomes
PR01. Apply the acquired theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the study of natural-territorial systems at different levels of spatial organization. PR04. Conduct research and/or conduct innovative activities in order to obtain new knowledge, develop new methods and procedures in geography and interdisciplinary contexts. PR10. Apply geo-information technologies, create and research models of natural-geographic manifestations of the development of geosystems, determine the possibilities and limits of their application. PR15. Independently assess the key trends in the development of natural and geographical processes for the formation of new areas of scientific research.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) the ability to establish a connection, conduct a comparative analysis and correlation between natural processes; 2) possession of elementary skills of GIS technologies and system analysis.
Course content
The discipline studies landforms changed or created by human activity, as well as the role of anthropogenic factors and processes in the formation of natural and natural-anthropogenic landforms. Concepts and theories of various branches of geomorphological science, priority areas of research, which in one way or another touch on issues of interaction between society and the terrain, but primarily anthropogenic and ecological geomorphology, where geomorphological processes influencing the natural terrain and its anthropogenic transformation, as well as the conditions of coexistence, interrelationships are considered connections and interactions of social and natural components of geosystems.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lecture, practical classes, independent work
Assessment methods and criteria
The survey in the form of a test is conducted after the completion of the teaching of each topic. Creative analytical and analytical and computational works in the form of presentations are prepared in accordance with the schedule of seminar classes. The first modular test is conducted in the last week of October, the second modular test is conducted in the last week of November. The recommended minimum for admission is 36 points. For students who scored a total of less than 36 points, writing essays on missed or insufficiently mastered topics is a mandatory condition for admission to the exam.
