The final attestation of higher education seekers is carried out in the form of public defense of master's qualifying work and complex exam in "Chemistry" and ends with the issuance of a standard document on awarding a degree with higher education qualification: "Master of Chemistry".
Programme learning outcomes
R1. Know and understand scientific concepts and modern theories of chemistry, as well as the fundamentals of related sciences. R2. Deeply understand the basic facts, concepts, principles and theories related to the subject area mastered during the master's program, use them to solve complex problems and problems, as well as conduct research in the relevant field of chemistry. R3. Be able to apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to solve new qualitative and quantitative problems of chemistry. R4. Synthesize chemical compounds with specified properties, analyze them and assess compliance with specified requirements. R5. Know the methods of computer modeling of the structure, parameters and dynamics of chemical systems. R6. Know the methodology and organization of scientific research. R7. Fluent in English and (if possible) another foreign language on professional issues, orally and in writing to present the results of research in chemistry in a foreign language, to participate in the discussion of chemistry. R8. Be able to clearly and unambiguously convey the results of their own research to professional audiences and / or non-professionals. R9. Collect, evaluate, and analyze the data needed to solve complex chemistry problems using appropriate data methods and tools. R10. Plan, organize and carry out experimental research in chemistry using modern equipment, competently process their results and draw sound conclusions. R11. Oral and written exams, credit tests, differentiated tests, presentations, essays, tests, current control, defense of practices a comprehensive state exam in chemistry, defense of a master's qualification work. The evaluation is based on a 100-point scale: "Excellent" 90 - 100; "Good" 75 - 89; "Satisfactory" 60 - 74; "Unsatisfactory" 0 - 59.
