1. Has undertaken the Field Practice (Pre-Diploma Internship) production character not less than 75 points. 2. Selection of a specialized block of disciplines from the curriculum and obtaining an average score of not lower than "75" based on the results of compiling all the disciplines that are included in it. 3. Has received «75» or higher for the comprehensive qualification examination on the program.
Programme learning outcomes
PLO 1. Demonstrate knowledge and skill of creating conceptual schemes of solving international and national legal problems, examining legal concepts to ensure logical consistency and practical adequacy, producing new ideas for solving practical issues in the field of professional legal activity of settling international disputes. PLO 2. Analyze and apply relevant international legal norms on settling international disputes, identify trends and patterns in this professional sphere. PLO 3. Professionally represent the state, natural and legal persons in Ukrainian courts, courts of other states, international arbitration and judicial bodies, perform professional legal duties in international judicial bodies. PLO 4. Demonstrate knowledge, analyze, interpret and apply precedent practice in international judicial bodies when settling disputes on international and national levels, understand the mechanism of enforcing decisions of international judicial bodies on the territory of Ukraine and territories of other states. PLO 5. Take informed decisions in the law-making and enforcement spheres of legal activity, while understanding their ethical consequences for different subjects of national and international law. PLO 6. Demonstrate leadership in performing scientific and practical study of peculiarities of international law, take responsibility for the results of analysis, motivate and coordinate work of others to achieve the goals set. PLO 7. Apply the knowledge and skills in the field of international relations and law acquired when solving practical problems. PLO 8. Understand the international legal situation, use various sources of direct and indirect information, in particular with the help of the latest information and communication technologies, clarify the circumstances and facts, provide international legal assessment of events in the sphere of international relations, identify trends and patterns in the events and facts of international legal life. PLO 9. Demonstrate skills of communicating with representatives of professional groups in the field of international relations, as well as representatives of various legal activities at national and international levels. PLO 10. Represent Ukraine's interests in foreign countries, international organizations, at international conferences; analyze political, social, economic and other risks related to international law events; analyze information on the state of international relations, foreign policy of Ukraine and prepare analytical reports and reports with reference to the rules of international and national law. PLO 11. Determine the content and legal nature of national regulations, treaties and other international instruments, identify conflicts between the norms of treaties, between the norms of a treaty and acts of national law, and propose ways of their solution. PLO 12. Draft treaties and acts of national legislation, submit proposals on bringing the norms of domestic law in line with the norms of international law, based on the analysis of the practice of international judicial institutions. PLO 13. Understand the mechanism and consequences of implementation of norms of international treaties, acts of international intergovernmental organizations, decisions of international courts in national law. PLO 14. Speak a foreign language at a level that complies with the Common European Guidelines for Language Education and use it in professional activity. PLO 15. Be aware of the necessity of lifelong learning and professional development.

Examination regulations and grading scale
Written and oral exams, credits, differentiated credits, current control, module control works, essays, case-studies, presentations, other types of participation in seminars and individual work, report and defending it after the field practice; defending master thesis etc. A 100-point scale is used for final evaluation (including up to 40 points at the exam if it is envisaged), 60% is the minimum threshold to pass a course. On the basis of bilateral agreements between the Institute of International Relations (Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University) and the Universities of Ukraine, cooperation is being conducted in the field of national mobility of masters and appropriate credit transfer.
