Demonstrate knowledge and skill of creating conceptual schemes of solving international and national legal problems, examining legal concepts to ensure logical consistency and practical adequacy, producing new ideas for solving practical issues in the field of professional legal activity of settling international disputes. Professionally represent the state, natural and legal persons in Ukrainian courts, courts of other states, international arbitration and judicial bodies, perform professional legal duties in international judicial bodies. Demonstrate leadership in performing scientific and practical study of peculiarities of international law, take responsibility for the results of analysis, motivate and coordinate work of others to achieve the goals set.

Knowledge of the basics of History of state and law, Theory of state and law, Philosophy Ability to represent own thoughts on wide range of legal issues; objectively evaluate legal processes and matters; resolve legal problems of theoretical and practical character; to apply main general philosophical concepts and notions. Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, drafting of legal documents, applying of main legal notions and concepts.

Thematic plan of the discipline: 1. General theoretical issues of ethic and moral 2. Notion and types of professional ethic. Deontological codes. 3. Peculiarities of legal profession and importance of legal ethic 4. Ethical aspects of activity of international lawyer in advocates activity 5. Peculiarities of activity of state officer. Struggle with corruption in activity of state officer. Settlement of conflict of interests. 6. Notion and peculiarities of professional ethics of judge 7. Notion and peculiarities of professional ethic of prosecutors officers 8. Notion and peculiarities of professional ethic of notary

Lectures, seminars

Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 40 points), written assignment (up to 40 points), final modular test (up to 20 points). The form of final control is credits.
