Learning outcomes
Know peculiarities, pluses and minuses of means of settlement of international economic disputes, problem issues of their application and peculiarities of influence of principle of peaceful settlement of international disputes on settlement of international economic disputes Know the peculiarities of implementation of human rights protection standards while stipulating means of settlement of international economic disputes, directions of activity of contemporary international organisations Know the main international agreements, international organizations and international adjudication practice in the certain fields of settlement of international economic disputes
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of International Public Law (Main Branches and Institutes), Law of International Dispute Settlement, International Economic Law, Theory and Practice of International Law. Ability to analyze and interpret content of rights and obligations of subjects of international law in accordance with certain international treaties, to apply the norms and principles of international law and decisions of relevant international adjudication institutions for solving specific problems in sphere of international law.

Thematic plan of the discipline: 1. Access of individuals to the peaceful settlement of international economic disputes 2. Settlement of disputes in international financial sphere 3. Problem issues of settlement of international economic disputes within WTO 4. Reasoning of decisions of international investment arbitration 5. Settlement of international environmental disputes in context of international economic relations 6. Increasing of role of compulsory means of settlement of international disputes for settlement of international maritime disputes on international economic issues

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 24 points), written assignment (up to 26 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer on exam is up to 40 points.
