Academic qualification is awarded on condition of successful mastering of program educational components, approved pedagogical assistant practice report, public defense of the dissertation. The final certification of graduate students who have fully completed Doctor of Philosophy program ends with the awarding of Doctor of Philosophy degree in specialty 081 "Law" certified with the diploma of a set standard
Programme learning outcomes
1. Skill to apply knowledge to own research and professional practice.
2. Skill to apply the principles of research and professional ethics.
3. Ability to present knowledge in Ukrainian and foreign languages at the level sufficient for the presentation of own research.
4.Skill to formulate the research issue working hypotheses to widen and deepen the state of research in a relevant area.
5.Skill to communicate in a dialogue mode with wide research and social community in the area of professional interest, including at international level, demonstrating systemic scientific worldview and cultural outlook.
6.Knowledge of foreign research publications, legal science schools and fundamental studies in the research area, skill to formulate own research objective as a component of general civilization process.
7.Skill to set up an information value assessment procedure via comparative analysis with other sources.
8.Knowledge of research funding principles and the allocations structure for its implementation, skill to draft application for funding, reporting and supporting documentation.
9.Skill to professionally present own research outcomes at international conferences, workshops, use foreign language (primarily English) in research, innovative, and teaching activities.
10.Skill to initiate, manage, and conduct comprehensive research to result in new knowledge.
11. Skill to form a research team for local task solving (research subject matter formulation, working hypotheses, information gathering, proposal drafting).
12. Skill to communicate in a dialogue mode with wide research and social community in a certain area of research and/or professional activity.
13. Skill to efficiently reflect the research outcomes in research papers published both in specialized national sources and in those listed in international science metrics databases.
14. Skill to use modern information and communication technologies for communication, information exchange, collection, analysis, processing, interpretation of sources; publish the sources in compliance with the main archeographic rules.
