Learning outcomes
Aimed at achieving of such competencies, skills and abilities as:
ability to analyze and summarize existing
concepts, doctrines, positions of domestic and
foreign scholars, experts on theoretical problems of constitutional law,
apply
obtained theoretical knowledge in scientific
research and pedagogical activities,
independently solve practical problems, using theoretical knowledge in the field of constitutional law,
skills of
substantiation of regulatory and factual bases of
legal issue, based on the current
regulation of relevant legal relations by norms of
current legislation of Ukraine,
as well as comparative legal method.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Required knowledge of jurisprudence, successful mastering of the normative course "Constitutional Law"; basic knowledge in certain branches of law: administrative, civil, criminal and others; skills of perception and analysis of sources of national and international law and basic skills of drafting regulations; ability to be a good team player, and to further independent study and analysis of constitutional law.
Course content
В межах навчальної дисципліни досліджуються актуальні питання
теорії конституціоналізму та конституційної реформи в Україні, конституційно-правові
засади гуманітарної реформи в
Україні,
реформування безпосереднього народовладдя в Україні.
Також розглядаються конституційно-правові засади парламентської реформи, реформи статусу Президента України, органів виконавчої влади, засади реформування конституційного судочинства в Україні.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures and seminars are conducted using the method of Socratic dialogue, colloquium, discussion, case study, tests, essays, solving legal problems, individual tasks.
Assessment methods and criteria
Types of evaluation applied: ongoing performance evaluation and final evaluation. Assessment methods - the type of work / activity of an applicant, which will assess the level of achievement of learning outcomes (individual work, independent work, etc. and the minimum threshold after which an applicant gets a positive mark) - and evaluation criteria are communicated to applicants before studying the discipline by the teacher, who conducts seminars.
During ongoing performance evaluation and final evaluation such aspects should be considered: the level of "Knowledge", "Understanding", "Application", "Analysis" / "Synthesis" / "Evaluation".
The maximum number of points that can be scored by the applicant during ongoing performance evaluation - 40, final - 60.
The final grade in the discipline is set on a 100-point scale (ECTS grade scale) and the national scale.
