Learning outcomes
Know the methodological, theoretical, legislative grounds for natural and positive human and civil rights to a safe environment through the prism of philosophical laws of nature, economy, society, be able to solve complex theoretical and practical tasks in the field of professional and / or research and innovation rethinking the existing and creating new holistic knowledge about the legal nature and patterns of exercise and protection of the right to a safe environment for life and health, professional practice on these issues; to form a scientific worldview on the legal and social essence of the right to a safe environment for life and health in the national legal system of Ukraine, professional ethics and general cultural outlook; to acquire universal skills in the study of legal phenomena.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the general philosophical laws of nature, economy, society, basic doctrines of natural human and civil law, methodological, theoretical, constitutional principles of the legal nature of the right to safe life and health, be able to work independently with information retrieval systems, creatively use acquired knowledge of general philosophy, theory of state and law, industry doctrines of modern public and private law in educational and practical activities, have the skills to apply the basic laws of general philosophy to reveal the social and legal nature of natural and positive human and civil rights to life and health, land, natural objects and resources, safe environment
Course content
Methodological, epistemological, theoretical and historical grounds for the right to a safe environment for life and health. The legal nature of the right to a safe environment for life and health in the legal system of Ukraine. Exercising and protecting the right to a safe environment for life and health through the prism of access to information on the state of the environment, environmental impact assessment, access to justice in protecting the right to a safe environment for life and health.

Verbal (lectures, conversations, stories, consultations), visual (presentation, illustration, demonstration, observation), practical (case studies), control (oral examination, testing, colloquia, express-examination, individual task, modular tests)
Assessment methods and criteria
The final score for the discipline is formed by adding the number of points scored during the semester and the number of points scored on the final form of performance evaluation (exam) and this amount of points may not be less than 60 points. The maximum final score for this discipline can be 100 points. Types of ongoing performance evaluation are selected by the teacher running seminars, in consultation with the lecturer and in accordance with this program. Types of ongoing performance evaluation can be: report, supplement to the report, express survey, abstract, 2 modular tests. Form of final control - Exam.
