. Assignment of qualification is carried out by a separate decision of the qualification commission on the basis of learning outcomes of the educational program and the results of final certification, the level of which may not be lower than the minimum required level of achievement - 75 points.
Programme learning outcomes
LO 1. Solve complex tasks and problems that require updating and integrating knowledge in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements.
LO 2. Critically evaluate the results of scientific research and various sources of knowledge about social work practices, formulate conclusions and recommendations for their implementation.
LO 3.Use foreign sources when performing tasks of research and applied activities, express yourself in a foreign language, both orally and in writing.
LO 4. Show deep knowledge and systematic understanding of theoretical concepts, both from the field of Social Work and from other branches of socio-humanitarian Sciences.
LO 5. Collect and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of empirical data.
LO 6. Independently and autonomously find information necessary for professional growth, master it, assimilate and produce new knowledge, develop professional skills and qualities.
LO 7. Apply general and specialized software for solving professional problems and conducting scientific research.
LO 8. Independently make decisions in difficult and unpredictable situations.
LO 9. Perform reflexive practices in the context of the values of social work, responsibility, including to prevent professional burnout.
LO 10. Analyze the social and individual context of the problems of the individual, family, social group, community, formulate the goals and objectives of social work, plan interventions in difficult and unpredictable circumstances in accordance with the values of social work.
LO 11. Organize joint activities of specialists in various industries and non-professionals, prepare them for performing social work tasks, initiate team building and coordinate teamwork.
LO 12. Assess the social consequences of policies in the field of human rights, social inclusion and sustainable development of society, develop recommendations for improving the regulatory support of social work.
LO 13. Demonstrate initiative, independence, originality, generate new ideas for solving problems of professional activity.
LO 14. Determine the methodology of Applied Scientific Research and apply methods of quantitative and qualitative analysis of results, including methods of Mathematical Statistics.
LO 15. Develop criteria and performance indicators for professional activities, apply them in evaluating the work performed, and offer recommendations for ensuring the quality of social services and management decisions.
LO 16. Develop social projects at a highly professional level.
LO 17. Independently build and maintain purposeful, professional relationships with a wide range of people, representatives of various communities and organizations, argue, persuade, conduct constructive negotiations, effective conversations, discussions, and tolerate alternative opinions.

Examination regulations and grading scale
Modular control is provided in the form of tests, presentations, speeches in front of the audience, the completion of practical tasks, investigations in the field of psychology. A written exams, credits, differentiated offset, diploma thesis.
The final evaluation of learning outcomes is carried out on 100-point scale. The assessment of the applicant corresponds to the ratio established of the level of professional and general competencies to the planned learning outcomes (as a percentage). The minimum positive level of assessment is 60 points.

Work placement
Assistant practice is conducted mainly at the Faculty of Psychology of the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and if necessary (as an exception) at other faculties or institutes of the same University. At the end of the internship, students report on the implementation of the tasks. All tasks performed by the student-intern are subject to differentiated assessment by the head of practice from the department. The final generalized assessment is approved by the department. The assessment should take into account the level of practice and the content of the submitted reporting documents. The report on practice is defended by students at the meeting of the department.
