Programme learning outcomes
1. To collect, to process and analyse information in area of sciences about Earth (ПР01). 2. To use orally and in writing professional Ukrainian (ПР02). 3. To demonstrate ability to communicate a foreign language on speciality. 4. To use information technologies, cartographic and геоінформаційні models in area of sciences about Earth (ПР04). 5. Able to conduct the field and laboratory researches (ПР05). 6. To determine basic descriptions, processes, history and composition of Earth as a planetary system and her geospheres (ПР06). 7. To apply models, methods and these physicists, chemistries, biology, ecology, mathematics, information technologies and others like that at the study of natural and public processes and phenomena of forming and development of geospheres (ПР07). 8. To ground a choice and use the field and laboratory methods for the analysis of the natural and anthropogenic systems and objects (ПР08). 9. Able to execute research of geospheres by means of quantitative methods of analysis (ПР09). 10. To analyse composition and structure of geosphere (in accordance with specialization) on different spatio-temporal scale levels (ПР10). 11. To put in order and summarize materials of the field and laboratory researches (ПР11). 12. To know and apply theories, paradigms, conceptions and principles in sciences about Earth in accordance with specialization (ПР12). 13. Educational topographic-geodetic practice with a break from theoretical training (4 weeks). Educational practice of the cycle of Earth sciences (geological, meteorological, hydrological) with a break from theoretical training (3 weeks). Training practice in topographic surveys and satellite technologies with a break from theoretical training (6 weeks). Computer workshop (with a break from theoretical training) (2 weeks). Industrial practice separated from theoretical training (6 weeks).

Jobs: at enterprises functionally subordinated to the national cartographic and geodetic service, privately owned enterprises that have a State Geocadastre license; in the bodies of executive power at different territorial levels. Graduates can apply for the following positions: cartographer, information technology specialist (GIS specialist), specialist in processing digital aerospace materials (processing data from remote sensing of the Earth) and others (in accordance with the staff list of the enterprise).
