Attestation of higher education seekers is carried out in the form of public defense of bachelor's degree and comprehensive exam in "Telecommunications and Radio Engineering" and ends with the issuance of a standard document on awarding them a degree of higher education with a bachelor's degree: Bachelor of Telecommunications.
Programme learning outcomes
1. Analyze, argue, make decisions when solving specialized tasks and practical problems of telecommunications and radio engineering, which are characterized by complexity and incomplete determination of conditions;
2. Apply the results of personal search and analysis of information to solve qualitative and quantitative problems of a similar nature in information and communication networks, telecommunications and radio engineering systems, including to ensure information security;
3. To determine and apply in professional activity the methods of testing information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems for compliance with the requirements of domestic and international normative documents and information security requirements;
4. Explain the results obtained as a result of measurements in terms of their significance and relate them to the relevant theory;
5. To have the skills of evaluation, interpretation and synthesis of information and data;
6. Adapt to changing technologies of information and communication networks, telecommunications and radio engineering systems;
7. Competently use the terminology of the field of telecommunications and radio engineering;
8. Describe the principles and procedures used in telecommunication systems, information and telecommunication networks, and radio engineering;
9. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of methods of designing information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems;
10. Communicate on professional issues, including oral and written communication in the national language and one of the common European languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish);

19. Carry out standard tests of information and communication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems for compliance with the requirements of domestic and international normative documents;
20. Explain the principles of construction and operation of hardware and software complexes of control and maintenance systems for the development, analysis and operation of information and telecommunication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems;
21. Ensure reliable and high-quality operation of information and communication networks, telecommunication and radio technical systems;
22. To control the technical condition of information and communication networks, telecommunication and radio engineering systems during their technical operation in order to identify deterioration in the quality of functioning, vulnerability of information security or failures, and its systematic fixation by means of documentation.
