Learning outcomes
The result of training in the discipline "Design and technology of radio-electronic means" is the formation of solid knowledge and skills in students, based on which future specialists will be able to develop and use information security tools taking into account their specific purpose.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
"Design and technology of radio electronic means" is studied on the basis of the knowledge acquired by students during the study of the disciplines: "Basics of the Circuit Theory", "Component base of radio-electronic means", "Digital devices".
Course content
The principles of calculation of analog and analog-digital devices. Design of electrical circuits and printed circuit boards in CAD KiCAD. Teaching students on the example of a full cycle of development of analog and digital/analog-digital devices, namely: analog soldering station; laboratory power supply unit; code lock based on hard logic; DC-DC converter for 555 timers.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures - 28 hrs, practical lessons - 12 hrs, laboratory work - 12 hrs, independent work - 68 hrs, total - 120 hrs.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment is carried out by writing a modular test (up to 20 points), activity in practical classes (up to 20 points) and defense of laboratory works (up to 20 points), in total - up to 60 points. Final evaluation in the form of an exam - up to 40 points.
