Learning outcomes
PLO 1. Demonstrate knowledge of different legal systems, understand the reasons for their multiplicity, as well as mechanisms of interaction; knowledge of the international legal system characteristics and the place of international law in it. PLO 2. Understand theoretical approaches of national and international law correlation and practical ways to provide their interaction. PLO 3. To make reasonable decisions in the law-making and law-enforcement fields of law, realizing their ethical consequences for different subjects of national and international commercial law. PLO 7. Determine the content and legal nature of national regulations, international treaties and other international instruments, identify conflicts between the norms of international treaties, between the norms of an international treaty and acts of national legislation, and propose ways of their solution
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
2.1. Know the basics of the general theory of state and law, features of modern legal systems, know the basics of private international law. 2.2. Be able to independently search for normative and literary sources, apply the main international and domestic acts of legal regulation of private law relations. 2.3. Possess basic skills of legal analysis, critical thinking, elaboration of legal material with the provision of their own conclusions and suggestions.
Course content
The discipline "International Copyright" is part of the educational and professional training program for educational qualification level "Master" in 293 International Law and is aimed at deepening students' knowledge of intellectual property law, provides mastery of both theoretical principles and law enforcement practice.

Lectures, seminars, solving practical cases, the execution of self-study tasks; performing group tasks-simulations
Assessment methods and criteria
1. during the answer to the seminar (participation in the discussion) - 60% in the final evaluation system; 2. in the form of writing one intermediate module to do in the form of a test task - 10% in the general / final grading system; 3. during the final control in the form of an exam - 30% in the general final evaluation system.
