Learning outcomes
PLO 6. Demonstrate the ability to comprehensive legal and (in cooperation with experts) economic analysis of an international commercial and another economic project for the determination of the main legal and non-legal, but legally related with economic activity, risks. PLO 7. Determine the content and legal nature of national regulations, international treaties and other international instruments, identify conflicts between the norms of international treaties, between the norms of an international treaty and acts of national legislation, and propose ways of their solution
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of the general theory of state and law, features of modern legal systems, know the basics of civil law and civil procedure, learn the basics of the theory of private international law, the basic principles of international financial law. 2. Be able to independently search for normative and literary sources, apply the main international and domestic acts of legal regulation of public and private relations 3. Possess basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, elaboration of a significant array of legal material with the provision of their own conclusions and suggestions.
Course content
The discipline "International Monetary Law" is aimed at acquainting students with the basic principles, doctrinal principles, definitions, legal categories and institutions of international monetary law; the discipline is also aimed at acquainting students with the system of currency restrictions, currency transactions; get acquainted with the main provisions of the IMF Agreement on the application of foreign exchange legislation.

Lectures, seminars, solving practical cases, the execution of self-study tasks; performing group tasks-simulations
Assessment methods and criteria
1. during the answer to the seminar (participation in the discussion) - 60% in the final evaluation system; 2. in the form of writing one intermediate module to do in the form of a test task - 10% in the general / final grading system; 3. during the final control in the form of an exam - 30% in the general final evaluation system
