Attestation of higher education seekers is carried out in the form of public defense of master's thesis and complex exam in "Telecommunications and Radio Engineering" and ends with the issuance of a standard document on awarding them a degree with higher education: Master Telecommunications and Radio Engineering.
Programme learning outcomes
1. To know the physical and mathematical theories and models that are promising for research and innovation in the field of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications. 2. To know the methodology of scientific research and the principles of their organization. 3. To know analog and digital circuitry, methods and means of their modeling and design, using for research. 4. To know analog and digital methods of the information processing, including adaptive. 5. To know the architecture of telecommunication systems, their hardware and software components, and their theoretical foundation. 6. To know modern telecommunications and network technologies, and trends of their development. 7. To know the theoretical foundations and principles of information security. 8. To know the ethical and socio-economic foundations of modern society. 9. To find and analyze the necessary scientific and engineering information. 10. To pass a considered decisions about the selection and use of the methods and tools to research and design. 11. To choose components for execution of a research projects into account efficiency, manufacturability, environmentality. 12. To ensure the organization of the study and the necessary selection and operation of laboratory equipment. 13. To ensure metrological correctness of complex researches, correctness of their results processing and interpretation objectivity. 14. To fulfill a prescripts of standards and unification requirements. 15. To apply the knowledge to solve specific scientific and engineering problems of telecommunications and information security. 16.
