Learning outcomes
The student must know the legal basis for ensuring technical protection of information; classification and characteristics of technical means of information protection; methods and measures to protect information from leakage through technical channels; complexes and means of detecting unmasking signs of mortgages devices; complexes and means of assessing the security of information against leakage through technical channels; typical complexes and means of technical protection of information; organization and provision of technical information protection works.
The student must be able to determine the technical requirements for the functional purpose of the means of information protection; determine the procedure for ensuring special requirements at design of radio-electronic means of information protection; determine the procedure for using software tools, tools measurement and other equipment for testing the prototype of the information protection tool.
Form of study
Full-time form
Prerequisites and co-requisites
The educational discipline is based on a cycle of disciplines professional and practical training, in particular: "Theory of information transmission", "Nanoelectronics and nanostructural elements of radioelectronic devices", "Optimization design of radio-electronic means", "Adaptive signal processing systems", "Satellite information systems", "Complex information protection systems", "Models and construction of information protection systems", "Information support of information protection systems", "Design of radio-electronic means of information protection". The previous ones requirements:
1. Be able to run application software tools and manage them based on graphical user interface, find information on the Internet.
2. Know the basics of building radio-electronic means and information protection systems.
3. Know the procedure for building complex information protection systems and complexes of technical information protection using information protection tools.
Course content
The study of the discipline "Construction and technical operation of information protection systems and complexes" allows clarification of the purpose and use of the main radio-electronic means of technical information protection. General requirements for the organization of technical operation of information protection means are considered; classification of means of information protection and features of the structure of different classes of means. The characteristics and procedure of using technical, cryptographic means of information protection are studied.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Lectures, practical classes, laboratory classes; independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment: an academic semester has one meaningful module. After completing the relevant topics, a written modular test is conducted. To determine the level of achievement of learning outcomes the tasks for the modular control work test the ability to solve specific problems from the theory of adaptive systems.
The final evaluation is in the form of an exam, the form of the exam is written and oral. A total of 0 to 40 points can be obtained on the exam. A condition for achieving a positive grade for a discipline is to obtain at least 60 points, while the exam grade cannot be less than 24 points.
