Learning outcomes
Know the criteria for distinguishing between applied, professional and corporate ethics. To know the history of the formation of ethical professional and corporate foundations. Know the principles of moral and regulatory support of a professional employee. Know ways to overcome the gap between general moral principles and requirements of corporate ethics. To know the connection between professional culture and professional morality as the basis of professional ethics. To be able to conduct an ethical theoretical discourse on current issues of moral and ethical practice of a modern security worker heritage To be able to form an independent style of thinking, own ethical position, make one's own moral choice. To be able to apply the knowledge acquired in the course of training to form effective relationships in the professional activity of an employee in the field of heritage protection.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the history of the formation of ethical professional and corporate foundations; theoretical foundations of professional and corporate ethics of a heritage protection worker; peculiarities of professional and corporate ethics of a heritage protection worker; the main content, the directions of the development of ethical thought in the historical and cultural aspects. 2. To be able to form a holistic view of the ethical norms and rules of a professional worker in the field of heritage protection; to navigate the theoretical and applied aspects of the professional and corporate ethics of a heritage protection worker; form an independent style of thinking, own ethical position, make one's own moral choice. 3. Possess the skills of analytical criticism, the principles of ethical aspects of business communication and the use of ethical norms in professional and corporate ethics.
Course content
The content of the course is divided into 2 content modules. Each content module includes lectures, seminars, independent work of students, which are completed by rating control of the level of assimilation of knowledge of the program material of the corresponding part of the course. Content module 1 (ЗМ1) includes topics 1 - 6, content module 2 (ЗМ2) - topics 7 - 10.

Planned educational activities and teaching methods: - a lecture - seminar classes - independent work - test - oral interview - essay
Assessment methods and criteria
The control of the student's knowledge is carried out according to the modular rating system. The total number of student points is formed by the semester points received from all topics of two content modules (points received for modular control papers (in the form of tests); points received for completing individual tasks; points received for work in seminar classes, as well as points which are received for the final control work. The results of students' educational activities are evaluated on a 100-point scale. The criteria for evaluating a student's answer are: • complete disclosure of the issue • the logic of presentation • use of basic and additional literature • analytical reasoning, the ability to draw conclusions
