Knowledge and ability to use system methods of management of organizations of different activity spheres , in particular, in creating on this basis corporate management systems that combine all elements of management, namely administrative, financial, production, quality management, occupational safety, information security, management personnel, marketing, etc. and ensuring their effective functioning

Prerequisites and co-requisites
Know the basics of organizational structure of enterprises and methods of their management, the most common organizational structures, their advantages and disadvantages, features of application, basic functions to be covered by relevant organizational entities, basic legislative and other regulatory rules and regulations of international enterprises. Be able to analyze the activities of organizational entities and draw management conclusions in various areas of corporate governance, taking into account national conditions and sustainable international practice.
Course content
Thematic plan of the discipline: -The evolution of management and the emergence of a systems approach; - Structure and properties of systems; - Methods of analysis and optimization of systems; - General principles and structure; management systems; - Quality management systems as a methodological basis of a systems approach; - Environmental management systems and other specialized management systems - Processes in management systems and their improvement - Integrated corporate management systems.

Assessment methods and criteria
Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 30 points), additions (up to 5 points), written assignment (up to 5 points), final modular test (up to 10 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
