Learning outcomes
PLO 4. Demonstrate skills to identify problems and justify management decisions.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Knowledge of management of organizations and problems of administration; basics of project management; basics of macro- and microeconomics.
2. Ability to analyze the causes and consequences of the impact of social, economic, informational, cultural conditions on the individual; identify patterns of group functioning, analyze interpersonal interaction, forecast management decisions.
3. Ability to navigate in modern information sources containing the latest developments and discoveries aimed at revealing the nature of personality and individual psychological differences of man, the structure of his intelligence, including electronic databases, leading scientific periodicals; have the skills of mathematical statistics.
Course content
The discipline belongs to the list of electives and is aimed at studying psychodiagnostics to solve a wide range of professional problems. It occupies an important place in the structural and logical scheme of the training program in the field of management, as it forms the basis of his professional thinking in the context of solving tasks of selection and placement, forming working groups and organizing joint staff activities. The course is aimed at developing knowledge about the nature of individual psychological differences and the ability to measure them with reliable and valid psychological tools.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
Information-traditional with elements of problem-oriented learning: lectures, seminars, consultations, independent work.
Assessment methods and criteria
Semester assessment:
1. Test work on the results of the study of 1-5 topics: LO 1.1-5 / 10 points.
2. Test work on the results of the study of 6-10 topics: LO 1.2 -4 / 10 points.
3. Assessment of participation in seminars: LO 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 4.1- 8/60
4. Presentation -protection of the psychological profile - 20 points.
Final evaluation - in the form of a test.
The maximum number of points that can be obtained by a student during the semester - 80 points, on the test - 20 points on a 100-point scale.
