The discipline is focused on the formation of systematic knowledge of the theory and practice of HR-consulting of various organizations of the economy of Ukraine, namely: planning of personnel needs, formation of personnel and reserves, hiring of employees, personnel development, development of motivation systems, evaluation of the efficiency of the personnel economy at enterprises.

Know the basics of business consulting, management, economic diagnostics at the enterprise. To be able to analyze information, justify one's own opinion. Be able to process statistical data, work with the legal framework.

Lectures, seminar classes, independent work. Carrying out research work, case development, exam.

Semester evaluation of such types of work as: discussions, surveys, problem solving, individual tasks by topic are carried out during classes that take place according to the schedule.The student's independent work consists in preparing a research paper or a practical case on one of the course topics. It is evaluated according to clear criteria (revelation of the topic, scholarship, personal contribution, compliance with the requirements, presentation) during the defense of this work in practical classes. Missed lessons are made up by the student completing additional tasks on missed topics.
