            Learning outcomes
        
        
            Know the history, sources, principles, subjects of international information law, as well as features of international responsibility and implementation of international law in the field of information;
the institutional mechanism of international information law;
the regional mechanisms of legal regulation of cooperation in the field of information, in particular European information law, as well as the features of the implementation of international law in the field of information at the national level;
Be able to find out the main trends and patterns of development of international information law;
to prepare memos and recommendations on international information law for public authorities;
to use the acquired knowledge in professional legal activities;

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            1. Knowledge of the basics of Theory of State and Law, History of Political and Legal Doctrine, Philosophy, Comparative Constitutional Law.
2. Ability to analyze and establish the content of rights and obligations of international law subjects, apply the rules and principles of law, study out the content of legal documents. 
3. Have the basic skills of legal analysis and synthesis, critical thinking, working out of a considerable amount of legal material while providing one’s own conclusions and proposals.
4. Proficiency in English.

            Assessment methods and criteria
        
        
            Evaluation is carried out according to the modular rating system. Current control: answers (up to 24 points), written assignment (up to 12 points), final modular test (up to 18 points); Moot Court/Case-Study/Speech (up to 6 points). The form of final control is an exam. The exam is conducted in writing. The student's answer to the exam – up to 40 points.
