Learning outcomes
 To know Ukraine's approaches to diplomatic work with communication tools.  To know the principles of communication practice in Ukraine  To know the specifics of the organization of interaction of Ukrainian diplomats with the public through social media and the rules of conduct of diplomats on social media.  To be able to conduct information retrieval, analysis of the content of documents and analytical and synthetic processing of information, to form a final document.  To be able to analyze the features of the information space in the host country.  To be able to form the concept of promoting the diplomatic mission of Ukraine abroad.  To have the ability to participate in discussions, focus on the main components of the research question.  To have the ability to work in mini-groups to achieve the goals of analytical work.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
- To know the conceptual approaches to development of the modern system of international relations; basics of organization of diplomatic work; aspects of Ukraine's foreign policy. - To be able to analyze and summarize information / data on current international events. - To have the skills of scientific analysis and conceptual thinking.

Module 1. 1. Formation of public diplomacy of Ukraine 2. Perception of Ukraine in the world: stereotypes and their overcoming 3. Program documents of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in the public diplomacy 4. Subdivisions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine in communications Test Module 2. 5. Image and communication projects about Ukraine: government and public sector 6. Ukrainian Diplomatic missions of on the Internet 7. Features of communication of diplomats in social media 8. Monitoring the effectiveness of communication of the diplomatic mission of Ukraine Final test
