To apply key provisions of modern scientific theories and methodology in the analysis and forecasting of global and regional international systems;

            Prerequisites and co-requisites
        
        
            To know the necessary theoretical, methodological and methodological provisions of international political science, the modern content of the main categories of international political science, methods of research of its object, stages of transformation and paradigms of research of the phenomenon of international relations; 
To be able to conceptually use concepts and categories as sources for the formation of tools of international political knowledge, to critically comprehend established approaches and ideas; 
To be able to present the problem and approaches to its solution in different types of documents, as well as present them in reports and scientific and practical discussions.
        
    
            Course content
        
        
            Module 1. International Systems.
1. Initiate, organize and conduct comprehensive political science research, demonstrate research skills, creativity in generating ideas and achieving scientific goals. Apply key provisions of modern scientific theories and methodology in the analysis and forecasting of global and regional international systems. Independently plan, organize and carry out scientific research on current issues of international relations, identify scientific problems, prepare analytical materials and scientific reports, make them public.

1. Conceptual and theoretical foundations of systems research. Object and subject areas of research. 
2. Stages of systematic research of international relations 
3. International systems: essence, content, types, functions, structural levels, main development trends, main paradigms, schools and areas of research. 
4. Approaches to the study of international systems. Theory of international systems.
Module 2. 
1. Theory of hierarchy of international systems. Models of the hierarchy of international systems. Leaders of the modern international community. 
2. Concepts of organization of international systems. Theories of international order. 
3. Chronotopic analysis of the dynamics of international systems. 
4. The concept of global development and the main paradigms of its study. World politics and global society.
