1. To communicate native and foreign languages ​​orally and in writing, on professional and scientific issues. 2. To carry out professional oral and written translation from / into a foreign language, in particular, on professional topics of international cooperation, foreign and world policy. 3. To participate in professional discussions in the field of international relations, foreign policy, public communications and regional studies, convey information, ideas, problems, solutions and personal experience on professional issues. 4. To evaluate events and processes of international relations and foreign policy taking into account the peculiarities of modern diplomatic service and norms of diplomatic protocol and etiquette, be able to apply this specific knowledge in foreign policy practice and for organizing and conducting international negotiations.

External form

1. To have knowledge of the theory and practice of diplomacy and diplomatic service. 2. To be able to analyze documents, in particular contractual and foreign policy; to work with literature of educational and scientific character. 3. To have the skills of political analysis.

Topic 1. The concept and history of diplomatic protocol, ceremony and etiquette. Topic 2. Etiquette in the appearance and behavior of a diplomat and a businessman. Topic 3. Minutes of business meetings and conversations. Culture of communication. Topic 4. Diplomatic and business techniques. Topic 5. Diplomatic and business correspondence. Topic 6. International courtesy of states and the protocol of state symbols. Topic 7. Protocol aspects of visits at the highest and highest levels.
