PR 01. To carry out preparation of equipment of a workplace and personal preparation for carrying out laboratory researches, with observance of norms of safety and personal protection, to provide preparation for research of samples of various origin and their storage.

The basis for studying the discipline "Organization of laboratory service" are mandatory courses "Medical Chemistry", "Cytology and Histology", "Analytical Chemistry", "Laboratory Engineering", "Medical and Biological Physics". In addition, the discipline has close ties with the methodology and organization of research, professional and corporate ethics, medical statistics. "Organization of laboratory service" promotes the study of students of clinical, hygienic and social disciplines; involves the formation of skills to apply knowledge of the organization of the laboratory service and CDL in the process of further training and professional activities. The discipline lays the foundation for further mastering by students of knowledge and skills in the study of the following professional subjects.

The discipline "Organization of laboratory service" is part of the training of specialists at the educational level "Bachelor" in the educational program "Laboratory Diagnostics" One of the important sections of the formation and development of modern medicine is Teaching the discipline "Organization of the laboratory service" will provide the future laboratory assistant with knowledge about the organization of the laboratory service and clinical diagnostic laboratory (CDL), as well as internal and external quality control.

Lectures, practical classes, consultations, independent work

Test tests (in each practical session), clinical tasks with discussion (in each practical session), presentation on current issues (1 student in each practical session once a semester), intermediate controls. Final assessment in the form of an exam.
