1. Successful completion of the courses: Basics of Trisomology, Tourism Country Studies, Geography of Traditional Population Culture and Cultural Landscapes of the Country and the World, Social Geography, Gastronomic Heritage of Ukraine: Audit and Preservation, Gastronomic Tourism: Ecosystem Approaches and Eco-Orientation of Services, Organization of Excursion Services, Geography of Food Culture and consumption in wine and gastronomic tourism
2. Knowledge of theoretical foundations and basic concepts in the field of geography, recreation, tourism, cultural geography, country studies and regional studies, geography of gastronomic heritage.
Course content
this academic discipline is devoted to the study of the main provisions of the study of non-governmental public organizations in eno- and gastronomic tourism.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
study of the discipline consists in providing students with: in-depth theoretical knowledge of non-governmental public organizations in eno- and gastronomic tourism: namely, knowledge of basic terms and concepts, theoretical provisions of research; legislative framework, study of public organizations on eno- and gastronomic tourism in Ukraine, European countries and the world, ability to solve practical tasks in the discipline

the level of achievement of all planned learning outcomes is determined by the results of performance tests, practical tasks, independent work and its presentation, exam.
