LO 1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems LO 4. Develop economic projects and systems of comprehensive actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic consequences of social problems, risks, legislative, resource and other constraints LO 5. 1. Know: the economy of the enterprise; the essence of entrepreneurial activity and the needs of entrepreneurs; basics of marketing; the essence and objectives of enterprise management; the essence of a systematic and process approach to enterprise management; basics of personnel management; basics of project management; basics of risk management; basics of quality management; basic provisions of Ukrainian legislation on enterprise management in Ukraine and economic relations between enterprises. 2. Possess basic skills to search for, collect, document, systematize and analyze information; conduct business communication; determine the impact of environmental factors (external and internal) on the activities of the enterprise; identify (allocate) business processes and find reserves for their development and improvement; plan activities, projects, etc.; assess risks; develop complex documents.

The essence of business consulting is disclosed. The key tasks facing a business consultant are analyzed. The key competencies of a business consultant are defined. Common methods for solving problems in organizing, implementing, and managing consulting projects are studied. Cases from the practice of business consulting in Ukraine and the world are considered.
