Learning outcomes
LO 1. Formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems LO 2. Develop, justify and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of economic entities. LO 4. Develop economic projects and systems of comprehensive actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic consequences of social problems, risks, legislative, resource and other constraints. LO 6. Evaluate the results of own work, demonstrate leadership skills and ability to manage staff and work in a team LO 9. Make effective decisions under uncertain conditions and requirements that require applying new approaches, methods, and tools of socio-economic research LO 11. Identify and critically evaluate the state and trends of socio-economic development, form and analyze models of economic systems and processes.
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know: basic concepts, functions, principles and laws of modern management, innovation, strategic management, basic models and styles of management. 2. Possess the skills of analysis and synthesis of management situations, motivational influence on the behavior of the social environment.
Course content
The main types of organizational changes, goals and prerequisites of change management are described. The basic strategies of change, peculiarities of change management at different stages of the organization's life cycle, and rules of change are analyzed. The main approaches to eliminating resistance to change, technologies for preventing and overcoming resistance to change are considered

Assessment methods and criteria
1. Discussion – 10 points / 6 points; 2. Solving situational tasks – 20 points / 12 points; 3. Business game – 20 points / 12 points; 4. Modular control work (2 MCW, 10 points max. each) – 20 points / 12 points; 5. Independent work (2 written papers, 5 points max. each) – 10 points / 6 points; 6. Final control work – 20 points / 12 points.
