Learning outcomes
Know the main directions, strategies and techniques of art therapy work and analyse their connection with the tasks of socio-pedagogical activity. To be able to select art therapy techniques taking into account the tasks of socio-pedagogical activity. Be able to interpret received art therapeutic products, carry out corrective work with their application. To be able to establish an atmosphere of trusting relations, adhering to the principles of ethics, environmental friendliness, expediency
Form of study
Prerequisites and co-requisites
Knowledge of the basics of psychotherapy; philosophical and psychological concepts that underlie various directions of psychotherapy, features of the application of psychotherapeutic practices in social work.
Course content
The purpose of the discipline is to form a holistic view of the scientific and methodological foundations, forms and directions of art therapy, to show the specifics of the application of its methods in working with different groups of clients in socio-pedagogical practice. The discipline is designed to expand the repertoire of means of practical assistance to clients of social work through the use of a wide range of methodological tools from isotherapy, fairy-tale therapy, music therapy and other types of art therapy. Special emphasis is placed on the possibilities of using AR-therapeutic techniques in the practice of socio-pedagogical work with children. The combination of theoretical and practical modules during the course will allow future social teachers to get a clear idea of the goals, ways and results of achieving the planned results in the process of performing professional tasks.

Assessment methods and criteria
Assessment methods: oral answers, preparation of presentations, modular tests. The form of final control is credit. Evaluation organization: Evaluation is carried out during the semester of all types of work. The maximum number of points during the semester is 60 points. Students who received a total of less than 36 points during the semester are not allowed to take the test. The credit is estimated at a maximum of 40 points. The total score for the discipline is 100 points.
