RS-9. Perform reflective practices in the context of social work values, responsibility, including to prevent professional burnout. RS-10. Analyze the social and individual context of the problems of the person, family, social group, community, formulate the purpose and tasks of social work, plan interventions in difficult and unpredictable circumstances in accordance with the values of social work. RS-11. Organize the joint activities of specialists from various fields and non-professionals, prepare them to perform social work tasks, initiate team formation and coordinate team work. RS-12. Assess the social consequences of policies in the field of human rights, social inclusion and sustainable development of society, develop recommendations for improving the regulatory and legal provision of social work.

1) Know: the subject, purpose, tasks, technologies of social work; features of social pedagogy. 2) Be able to: work in a group, rationally use time, clearly distribute assignments in order to obtain the maximum result; to navigate in the search systems of global computer networks, choosing terms for formulating a request and a search strategy; choose information resources according to developed or specified criteria; critically analyze the received information, highlight the most important in it; correlate and systematize acquired knowledge and practical experience in the studied discipline. 3) Possess: skills of interaction with various client groups of a social pedagogue; regulators of activity and behavior in a group of young professionals.

Modern social pedagogy as a science, theory and practice involves interdisciplinary interaction, which includes social partnership. In todays conditions, in the development of communities, the implementation of social partnership attracts attention. The discipline Social partnership in work with the community; introduces students to the theory of social work with the community; practical foundations of social partnership in working with the community. The content is revealed in two modules. The first module;Theoretical and methodological principles of social partnership in working with the community examines the general idea of the community, social partnership; peculiarities of socio-pedagogical work in the community. The second module;Technological foundations of social partnership in working with the community presents technological features of social partnership in working with the community, cases of practical experience of social partnership in working with the community in Ukraine and abroad.
