Learning outcomes
LO1. Search, process and analyse professionally significant knowledge from various sources using modern information and communication technologies. LO4. Devise psychological interventions programmes (training, psychotherapy, counselling, etc.); implement them in individual and group work; make quality evaluations. LO7. 1. To know the basics of the disciplines "Pathopsychology", "Clinical psychology", "Neuropsychology", "Personality psychology", "Psychodiagnostics" 2. To have the basic skills of professional psychological interaction at the level of a student who has completed studies at the educational qualification level "bachelor". 3. To have basic skills in information search, processing, and analysis.
Course content
The discipline "Psychiatric Propaedeutics" belongs to the list of core disciplines. It forms knowledge about the state and methods of work of the modern psychiatric service, promotes an in-depth understanding of the structure and patterns of mental activity, allows individualizing the system of diagnostic, therapeutic psychoprophylactic and expert measures. The knowledge, skills and abilities acquired during the course contribute to a deeper understanding of the content and procedure for providing care to patients with mental disorders.

Assessment methods and criteria
The final assessment is conducted in the form of a test. The grade is based on the results of the student's work during the semester (the maximum number of points for work during the semester is 100). Students who score less than 60 points in total during the semester, but more than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points, pass the test. The test is conducted in the form of an oral survey on the course topic and a creative individual assignment, which are worth 20 points. Students who have scored a total of less than the critical-calculated minimum of 40 points during the semester are not are not allowed to take the test. In the event of a student's absence for valid reasons, the final control work is completed and retaken in accordance with the "Regulations on the procedure for assessing students' knowledge in the credit-module system of organizing the educational process" of October 1, 2010. The recommended minimum for admission to the test is 40 points.
