1) knowledge of the theoretical foundations of management, in particular specific methods of international and cross-cultural management;
2) the ability to study, evaluate, analyze and summarize the main indicators of the enterprise, the effectiveness of its management system, the completeness of the implementation of operational and strategic planning;
3) skills of analytical research and analysis.
