Learning outcomes
To understand: basic concepts and categories of strategic management, the process of strategic management, implementation and evaluation of strategy; and key implementation conditions strategic management, types of international expansion, other issues related to the further implementation of corporate strategy.
To know: the main methods of restructuring the company, the advantages and disadvantages of mergers and acquisitions, different types of business strategies and be able to choose the appropriate strategy.
To be able to: conduct an internal analysis of the company's culture and functional areas to identify key strengths and weaknesses, analyze the external environment of the company, the main external forces that affect the organization.

Prerequisites and co-requisites
1. Know the basics of political economy, international trade, statistics, world economy, the theory of multinational enterprises, international business and global finance.
2. Ability to understand the basic principles of operation and management of international enterprises.
3. Have basic skills in collecting and processing economic information, critical thinking, working with a significant amount of theoretical and empirical data, while providing their own conclusions and suggestions.
