1. Know - the main provisions of labor law; successful mastering of academic disciplines of the first (bachelor's) level of higher education in the specialty 101-Ecology - "Selected sections of labor Laws and Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship "," Human Ecology and Urban Ecology "," Environmental Safety and Technoecology "," Environmental Legislation and Environmental Law " 2. Be able to - identify and assess environmental hazards; dangerous factors for humans and the environment 3. Have the skills to apply environmental law and legislation and the Code of Laws on work.

The teaching of this discipline is aimed at the formation of future specialists' theoretical knowledge, skills and practical abilities to assess the environmental hazards of industrial activities, hazardous factors of production for humans and the environment; ability to develop measures and apply means of protection against dangerous, harmful and damaging factors; ability to form a plan to prevent the negative impact of production on humans and the environment.
