Knowledge and understanding of the professional geographical and tourism subject area and professions. Ability to use existing general and special touristic and tourist-geographical theoretical models and practices. Successful mastering of this discipline in the 5th semester
Course content
this academic discipline devoted to the study of general information about theoretical and applied aspects related to the concept of agro-production landscape, their regional specificity and characteristic features as of the resource of eno-gastronomic tourism and the connection with the concept of terroir. Special attention devoted to the formation of students' systematized and generalized ideas about the place agricultural landscapes in the structure of World Heritage cultural landscapes UNESCO and FAO World Agricultural Heritage (GIAHS); basic level of knowledge regarding the categories of agricultural land in Europe, as well as the development and current state of agriculture in the world.
