PR04. Explain the peculiarities of the organization of recreational and touristic space PR06. Apply principles and methods in practical activities organizations and technologies of tourist service. Prerequisites and co-requisites
1) successful mastery of the disciplines of professional training; 2) knowledge of the theoretical and applied principles of tourism, 3) mastery of: quantitative and qualitative research methods of a tourist enterprise.
Course content
apply knowledge of foreign languages; master service technologies in such areas as visa, transport, excursion service, accommodation and food; learn formation skills, promotion, presentation and sale of a tourist product; evaluate the impact of external factors on the functioning of the tourist enterprise; determine the assortment tourist products and their parameters; analyze financial and economic activity and price policy of the enterprise;
