PR04. Explain the peculiarities of the organization of recreational and touristic space PR06. Apply principles and methods in practical activities organizations and technologies of tourist service. Anticipate the consequences of one's entrepreneurial activity in the field of eno- and gastronomic tourism based on the acquired knowledge PR29.

1) successful mastery of the disciplines of professional training; 2) knowledge of the theoretical and applied principles of tourism, 3) mastery of: quantitative and qualitative research methods of a tourist enterprise.

apply knowledge of foreign languages; master service technologies in such areas as visa, transport, excursion service, accommodation and food; learn formation skills, promotion, presentation and sale of a tourist product; evaluate the impact of external factors on the functioning of the tourist enterprise; determine the assortment tourist products and their parameters; analyze financial and economic activity and price policy of the enterprise;
