1. Successful completion of the Basics of Tourism Studies and Geography of Tourism courses. 2. Knowledge and understanding of the basic spatio-temporal regularities of the structure of the geographic envelope, and the scale of its perception for orientation in geographic space.

The educational discipline is an integral part of professional knowledge in the field of methods, technologies and innovative approaches to the organization of gastronomic tourism in the city. This discipline integrates knowledge on determining the tourist potential of the territory of cities for the purposes of gastronomic tourism.
